Room was a bit spartan, but I suppose I could have upgraded.

Didn't have breakfast there. Didn't know they put breakfast on, Went to English Pub right across the road from Hotel Entrance. Room was a bit old. The swimming Pool was the best ever. its situation on the roof, a medium size pool with Spa air spouts around the Pool. I thought we were closer to Beach front with a view, not half way down the Soi (Street) 13.

We were on top floor but rooms were a bit old.

Everything was great.

Poolside had limited lounge chairs and sometimes none were available for use.

Money dissapeared from room. My fault. Plenty of warning signs.

Location is good but that’s about it. Gone down hill in a big way!

Stayed there many as I have always been happy there. Doubt I’ll stay again though. The room was shabby with horrible bed sheets with holes in the sheets and a horrible blanket blanket in between. I actually slept on top as I didn’t dare get in the bed it was that bad. I also asked to be moved it was that bad. Staff average with a nice lady and girl at the end of the trip. Who were nice and helpful. There was another guy there this time who I’d never seen before and said he was the manager and been there for 10 years. He provided very poor service and wasn’t interested in helping out in anyway.

Location is good,,,close to everything. Hotel was clean

Very unhappy with their payment policy. I booked a room for 2 nights and paid upon arrival in cash. Also had a booking for approx. 3 weeks later after further travel in Thailand. After consulting my credit card I saw that they placed a hold on my credit card for the stay I had already paid for with cash and also my future stay which was over 2 weeks away. When I asked about their policy they told me they always do that and I would have the hold removed within 15 days. After exhibiting my displeasure with this policy they canceled my future reservation which I intended to do, but still they left the hold on my credit card,,,,2 days later and the hold remains. They should be ashamed that they would pursue such a policy......Also, the pool is very small, barely big enough to be called a swimming pool. There are many neighboring hotels with much nicer pool areas within the same price range. I would not recommend this facility.

Good sized room. Fairly basic but everything you need and a very good price at approximately £25 a night. No hot water to sink but ok electric shower. Excellent bar and food at front of hotel . Good location near seafront. Have stayed here lots of times and it never disapoints

Nothing to grumble about

Location. Security door man is frendly welcoming.

Receptionists does not have not much local knowledge, can giving directions to guests. Even simple questions they don't want to answer.

nothing they charge money for pathetic kinds of hotel, no service, even no tooth brush and paste are provided, what kinds of hotel are this ?

I like nothing there, simply you can say that.

The location was good

In the begin when we arrived the hotel we were surprised in a positive way, the location was good and the front of the hotel was promising. Unfortunately these positive vibes were for short time. When we arrived the room, it was not the same as on the pictures and the carry holder was begging for money for carrying the luggage. Beside of that we found a condom in the bathroom, I don't know from who that was, but it was disgusting. Moreover, when we got home we found out that they charged our deposit from the creditcard while we have paid by cash. We had contact with the hotel and it don't want to refund for the double paid room...

The location is excellent and I have used the same hotel for past 3 year... and the staff is friendly

The room this time was not good enough and too much noisy outside some construction work is going on..

Good location,friendly staff.

No tea or coffee making facilities, no power point to charge phones, bed was 2 single mattresses put together and 1 lower than the other, no batteries in A/C remote and safe locked when we got there.

Close to the beach and Walking Street

Someone stole £600 from the electronic safe in my room. Only hotel staff would have had the masterclass to access the safe.
